  1. At each remote event, once the Last-Chance On-Site Entry Period has ended, up to five (5) additional Qualifiers will be randomly selected by a Station representative from all eligible Last-Chance On-Site Entries received at that event. These Last-Chance On-Site Qualifiers will be combined with the twenty (20) Qualifiers chosen from the Station Keyword Entrants on the Monday prior to the remote event, which have each been placed on pieces of paper before the Remote Event so that they may be pulled in the drawing. From the up to twenty-five (25) Qualifiers, a Station representative will conduct a reverse random drawing, in which the representative draws each entry one-by-one until only one remains. The entrant associated with the final entry to be pulled will, subject to verification of that Finalist’s eligibility and compliance with these Contest rules, be the Remote Finalist Prize winner for that remote event. Along with their prize, Remote Finalist Prize winners will also be eligible to win the Grand Prize.

    4. For entries received on Sunday, April 8, 2018: Sunday, April 8, 2018 at 4:00PM

Entrants do not need to be present to win. A Station representative will notify each day’s Festival Finalist Prize winner by phone promptly following the random drawing. Entrants will only be eligible for that day’s drawing and entries will not roll over to subsequent days.

  1. Up to one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at approximately 5:00pm MST in a reverse drawing from the up to ten (10) Finalists. Finalist must be present and checked-in at the Station-designated location inside Country Thunder by 5:00pm MST or Finalist will forfeit their opportunity to win the Grand Prize. Cards with each Finalist’s name will be placed into envelopes. Station staff will then seal the envelope and place it into the official Grand Prize drawing box for the reverse drawing (as described below).
    1. FINALISTS MUST REMAIN AT THE GRAND PRIZE EVENT UNTIL THE OFFICIAL CONCLUSION OF THE GRAND PRIZE EVENT AT APPROXIMATELY 5:30PM MST.
    2. Other than their Finalist Prize, Finalists are not entitled to any further prize in this Contest.
    3. If a Finalist departs the Grand Prize Event AT ANY TIME prior to the start or completion of the Grand Prize Event, REGARDLESS OF THE REASON, that Finalist will be automatically disqualified from further participation in the Grand Prize Event.
  2. At approximately 5:05pm MST, the Station will begin a reverse drawing to select the Grand Prize Winner of this Contest. The reverse drawing will proceed by having a blindfolded individual, who was both previously selected by Station staff and/or management and was subsequently designated for the performance of this task, randomly draw one envelope from the official Grand Prize drawing box, and present the envelope to a Station representative. The Station representative will then open the envelope and announce the name of the Finalist whose name appears on the card inside the envelope. The Finalist whose name was announced will be disqualified. The reverse drawing will proceed successively in this manner, until only one (1) envelope remains in the official grand prize drawing box (the “Last Envelope”). The Finalist whose name appears on the card inside the Last Envelope will be designated as the Grand Prize Winner, and subject to verification of that Finalist’s eligibility and compliance with these Contest rules, will be eligible to receive the Grand Prize in this Contest. In the event that the Finalist whose name appears on the card inside the Last Envelope has been disqualified, then the Finalist whose name appeared on the card inside the envelope that immediately preceded the Last Envelope, will be designated as the Grand Prize Winner, and subject to verification of that Finalists eligibility and compliance with these Contest rules, will be eligible to receive the Grand Prize in this Contest.
  3. IN NO EVENT WILL ANY “DEAL-MAKING” BETWEEN FINALISTS IN THE CONTEST BE PERMITTED.  STATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON THAT IT SUSPECTS HAS PARTICIPATED IN OR OFFERED OR ACCEPTED ANY TYPE OF “DEAL-MAKING” WITH RESPECT TO THIS CONTEST.
  4. ALL ENTRANTS AND QUALIFIERS HEREBY AGREE TO STRICTLY FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND DIRECTIONS GIVEN BY THE STATION STAFF AT THE GRAND PRIZE EVENT AND UNDERSTAND THAT ANY INTENTIONAL FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE CONTEST RULES OR PROCEDURES OR INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY STATION STAFF WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION.  ALL DECISIONS MADE BY STATION STAFF AND/OR MANAGEMENT ARE FINAL.
  5. Odds of a text/online entrant being deemed a Qualifier depend on the number of eligible text/online entries received. Odds of a Last-Chance On-Site entrant being deemed a Qualifier depend on the number of eligible on-site entries received. Odds of a Qualifier winning a Remote Finalist Prize are 1 in 25. Odds of an on-site entrant winning a Festival Finalist Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Odds of a Finalist winning the Grand Prize are 1 in 10.
