New Cereal-Inspired Ice Creams Are Coming

January 30, 2020

Two new cereal-inspired ice cream flavors will have you counting down the days till summer.

PEOPLE confirmed that General Mills and Nestle have partnered up to create a dessert that combines your favorite childhood cereals, Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Lucky Charms, with ice cream for a treat that should be eaten for breakfast and dessert.

Thankfully, you won’t have to wait until the warmer months to get your hands on these because they’re expected to start rolling out next week. They'll be available at grocery stores nationwide in the coming months.

The Cinnamon Toast Crunch ice cream is described as a “light cinnamon ice cream base with a cinnamon graham swirl and cereal pieces.”

As for The Lucky Charms treat, it will be “magically delicious” with a “creamy vanilla base swirled with the signature cereal and scattered with the fan-favorite themed marshmallows.”

The packaging, posted by food Instagrammers @Candyhunting and @Thejunkfoodaisle over the weekend, draws inspiration from the cereal boxes.

Two sizes will be available depending on your needs: 14-oz and a 48-oz.

This isn’t the only exciting ice cream partnership this year. Earlier this month, Netflix and Ben & Jerry’s announced their newest flavor, “Netflix & Chill’d,” that was created with your binge-watching needs in mind.

“With the perfect mix of peanut butter intrigue, pretzel drama, and fudge brownie belly laughs, NEW Netflix & Chilll’d pairs well with any of your Netflix programming,” the Twitter post read.
